The apartment is located on the ground floor and composed of entrance hall lounge with dining area and living room,1 america kitchen, n°1 bedroom with double bed, n°1 small bedroom with bunk beds, n°1 bathroom with shower, washing machine. The apartment has an air conditioning, is endowed of Wi-Fi, is fully furnished and equipped ( including towels and bed linen ) and there is a private parking and a private garden.
The apartment is in a villa located in the residential center ''Frutti d'Oro I, in an area that has all the amenities; about to 400 meters are pizzerias, bars, restaurants, kiosk for newspapers, pharmacy...,and connected with bus service to the city of Cagliari, to neighboring towns and beaches. The villa is located to 250 meters from the sea and about to 400 meters from the a long sandy beach which in the bathing season is fully equipped, supervised and equipped with all facilities for swimmers and water sports enthusiasts, where you can rent umbrellas, chairs and use other services of the beach.
The residential center leans out on the sea of Capoterra, in a strategic position between Cagliari and the long beaches of very thin sand of the southern coast of the Sardinia and the Natural Oasis of “Monte Arcosu”. The apartment is really lovely - clean and well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Gardens are beautiful and very secluded - the terrace is lovely to sit and eat / have drinks and there is a gas barbecue which is a bonus. WiFi is fast and air conditioning efficient. Antonio is an excellent host and many books and maps are provided to help familiarise yourself with the area.
The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area a couple of minutes walk from the beach. It is a short drive to the wonderful city of Cagliari - plenty of shops, museums, restaurants and other places to explore.
The apartment is perfectly placed to explore the amazing beaches of Pula and Chia. The coastline is absolutely stunning! A rental car is recommended and there is undercover parking at the back of the apartment.
All in all a lovely stay, and Antonio and Claudia could not have been more helpful. Thank you!
