We had a 1 bedroom garden flat with a small terrace and a barbecue (handy). The flat was equipped with all the basics for a comfortable stay. The blinds are blackout, mosquito screens in the living room and bedroom as well as aircon. The hosts are charming, helpful and discreet. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the calm environment. Maddalena beach, although not the nicest on the south coast, is convenient and within walking distance as are a few restaurants and a MD supermarket.
Although this has nothing to do with the apartment, there were mosquitoes in the evening, so take some mosquito repellent if you want to enjoy garden in the evening.
