La propriété est très agréable et confortable. L'endroit est calme et reposant. La situation géographique est top pour visiter le cap Ferret. Nous avons passer un agréable séjour dans cette location très bien équipée. J'ai cependant un point négatif à signaler, mon choix s'était porté sur cette maison car il est mentionné dans la communication que la piscine est chauffée, notre séjour familial avec enfants et petits enfants se déroulant du 20-29 septembre, ce renseignement était pour moi important pour pouvoir profiter pleinement de la piscine, or ce n'était pas le cas, l'eau était très froide, nous n'avons pu profiter de la piscine.

Lorsque j'ai signalé que la piscine n'était pas chauffée comme cela était indiqué, on m'a dit que ce n'était plus d'actualité, que le système général de chauffage avait été modifié et qu'il n'était plus possible de chauffer la piscine. Il y a donc tromperie, nous aurions du être avertis de cette modification qui à mes yeux n'est pas qu'un détail !

It was a slice of quiet luxury not far from the sea. My partner and I spent short and serene stay here and left feeling completely restored. Mornings began with coffee under the pine trees, followed by swims in the heated pool and afternoon visits of the area. The villa is even more beautiful than the photos—airy, calm, and impeccably designed. We especially loved the evenings: apéritifs on the terrace, soft lighting in the garden, and total silence except for the sea breeze. We can’t wait to return.

The walk to the beach is a bit further than I would have liked and it is hilly. We ended up renting bikes.
