About this villa rental
If you have been dreaming of escape and moments of conviviality, you have come to the right place by renting the Cap Kana villa.
The villa sleeps 14 people, ideal for 3 families.
Its large and bright living room is a real ode to the Bassin as much by its colors as its furniture and the artists represented. This spacious and warm room is composed of a large dining table and a lounge area with 2 sofas facing a beautiful fireplace. It opens onto two terraces to enjoy moments of sharing. One overlooks the heated swimming pool (from May to September) and secured (motorized above-ground security shutter), and the landscaped garden. The other overlooks a green bowling alley.
And for those who would prefer the peace and quiet of the interior to read, watch TV, or telework in peace, the mezzanine is the perfect place.
On the kitchen side, you will have:
- a beautiful fully equipped indoor kitchen open to the dining room.
- an outdoor kitchen composed of a "Forge de l'Adour" plancha and a "Weber" gas barbecue, located on the pool side, fully shaded and illuminated at night.
- a charcoal barbecue area on the bowling alley side.
On the night side, it's time to travel! Each of the 4 rooms on the first floor is marked by the imprint of Caps from all over the world.
The Cape Town double room.
It takes you to South Africa (double bed of 160). It has a shower room and an adjoining dressing room.
A hallway leads to 3 other beautiful bedrooms with a shower room, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The Cape York room, with a surf atmosphere and a tropical footprint of north-east Australia (two separate beds of 90 can be pushed together).
The Cape Cod room, cozy and warm, is inspired by the northeastern coast of the United States (double bed of 140).
The bright and oriental Cap Sim room immerses you in the Mogador blue of western Morocco (double bed of 160).
In the basement, you will find a beautiful, bright and friendly area, equipped with table football, billiards and a video games area (PS4).
Adjoining it is a large sleeping room with 6 single beds (90) with its shower room and a separate toilet.
This space continues on the outside with a green terrace equipped with a ping-pong table.
Ideally located, in a quiet area, the villa Cap Kana will allow you to access, on foot in 7 minutes, the village of Grand Piquey with many food shops and in particular the famous bakery Chez Pascal and its coveted White Dunes!
For the beach, you will have the choice between the "Bassin side" (10 minutes walk) near the Grand Piquey landing stage (departure possible for Arcachon by water taxi) or the "Ocean side" at the "Truc Vert" Beach (15 minutes by bike)
You will quickly access many cycle paths and walks in the forest.
We will also be very happy to share with you our "darling" addresses and good plans to perfect your stay in this haven of peace and conviviality.
