Very clean and bright flat, same as on photo. Fresh maintenance, so many details as mirrors, lights. Fully equipped kitchen. They kept even many extra things, such napkins, wet wipes, dish soap, garbage bags, kitchen towels and so.
We had some issue with hot water. It was finished extremely quick

New apartment, kitchen had everything you needed. Good wifi
Slightly cramped with 3 travellers, but made do. A bit out of town but was nice to get out of hustle and bustle
