We were able to collect keys at reception,great apartment very quiet would have loved English channels .

We had a early flight so arrived early at property,it would have been great to collect keys earlier than time given.

Small little apartment, beautifully decorated in a fantastic location. It had everything you would need on holidays and more. Also a lovely swimming pool. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

The only downside was the strong odour coming out from the bathroom. It wasn’t pleasant at all and impossible so get rid of. Also they can do with a new bed as it has seen better days.

You could tell it had a recent make over Towels and beach towels provided shower gel, shampoo provided well stocked kitchen utensils Apartment was very clean and nice

The front door was very difficult to open (two locks) when we picked up key the guy on reception at el dorado could not speak a word of English not his fault I know maybe I should improve my Spanish My wife likes to go to the pool early 1st morning we found out you can’t enter the pool area till 10am which I’ve never encountered before because she questioned this the receptionist was very rude Once 10am comes you have to ask reception to buzz you through a door to get outside once outside there is another gate which you need a key fob for to get into pool area honestly it’s like a maximum security prison not a holiday And because my wife had words with him first day he would purposely make you wait and don’t get me started on the guy who runs the snack/ drinks bar Very rude telling children off all the time for daring to jump in the pool Avoid el dorado if you are under 65 and won’t comply with there rules
