Todo, estaba muy limpio y ordenado, nos gustó mucho la decoración del departamento, llamaba a relajarse y descansar, luego de un día de muchas visitas a lugares interesantes.

La beauté du lieu, appartement spacieux et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, la luminosité de l’appartement ! Les petites attentions comme celle d’une bouteille de rosé !
Un peu loin du centre à pieds. La mention de «petit-déjeuner » trompeuse, il n’y avait que 5 biscottes et 5 madeleines pour 2 jours (nous étions 5), pas assez de café. Nous pensions recevoir un vrai petit-déjeuner avec du pain frais, du beurre etc… et la conciergerie ne me répondait plus quand j’ai demandé pour le petit-déjeuner, elle a coupé tout contact ! Bien dommage… parce que tout le reste était top !

Apartamento muy completo y muy bien amueblado. Cocina con muchos electrodomésticos (nevera, congelador, lavavajillas, cafetera, gofrera...) y utensilios de cocina y cubertería. Perfecto para grupos pequeños o familias. Incluso una habitación estaba equipada con mueble cambiabebés.
Llegamos antes de lo previsto y no fue posible contactar con la arrendataria para recibir el código antes de tiempo (11h en lugar de las 16h). El apartamento se encuentra un pelín alejado del centro, pero no es una molestia si se camina 15min.

We had a very pleasant and peaceful stay at this apartment in Nice. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was excellent — close to the port and city, yet quiet and relaxing, which was perfect for our family.
The host was extremely kind, responsive, and helpful, and generously arranged early check-in and late check-out, which made our travel much easier, especially with a baby. Communication was smooth and clear throughout.
The apartment was well equipped, nicely maintained, and felt like home. Private parking and the overall setup were very convenient. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again.
