We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! The location is fantastic, our room was lovely, spacious, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great selection of delicious food. A very special thank you goes to Fina, who truly made our stay unforgettable! Despite our last-minute request late in the evening, Fina went above and beyond to organize a fantastic tour for us. Her dedication, kindness and professionalism were absolutely outstanding. We especially appreciated her excellent English skills, which made communication incredibly easy and helped us understand everything perfectly. This is particularly valuable for international travelers visiting China. Fina genuinely cared about our experience and made every effort to ensure everything was perfectly organized. Her exceptional service deserves special recognition from the hotel management! Thank you so much, Fina! You are truly amazing and a wonderful ambassador for this hotel! We would definitely love to return!

Absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Fina, Charlotte and the whole team were just fabulous. We were warmly greeted and showed to our room - it was different to the one we booked because of the rain they had and suggested it would not be comfortable. We were provided with a very spacious alternative which worked out well. The team organised a well thought out route for our 2 days in the national park and even provided a takeaway breakfast for an early start. We ordered a taxi to take us to the high speed railways station and were let down. The staff took us in their personal car to avoid missing the train. We were so grateful and made the train with 5mins to spare. Wonderful hotel and service. Idyllic location. Highly recommend.

Everything was amazing at this gorgeous hotel. In particular the quality of the furnishings, the attention of all staff especially Fina, she looked after me so well. Great communication including a wonderful upgrade, delicious food and massages. Can’t recommend this new place enough- well done and thank you

Infinity pool is beautiful with wonderful scenery around the premises • Car picking is great and smooth driving • The hotel has a big potential and based on the positive reviews of others, seems like it used to be better. Maybe there was a management or staff change, but the negatives we experienced are not something common for a 5* hotel of this price range

• As mentioned, the service is very not good. It started well, we were picked up at the station and brought to the hotel. The room was quite small, dark and terrace was connected with neighbours (very noisy if they were there) but if it was the only issue, we wouldnt mind. What was a problem though: - The way this hotel works is that there is one assistant that takes care of everything you need. Theoretically sounds good but our assistant seemed to be the only capable person in the resort. Things are not running very smoothly there and because she was trying to create a good experience for us, as a result it unfortunately created a bit uncomfortable clingy atmosphere where we felt constantly under surveillance, literally followed and being asked questions. Not very relaxing. - We were only given 1 toilet paper, 1 small shampoo, 1 shower gel, 1 conditioner, so we had to ask for more. Not a problem if you are in a 3* hotel, but not expected here. - We paid for half board with dinner. We were told our only options every day are garden salad, tomato bolognese pasta and black pepper beef pasta. We are in China for their wonderful food ... and this is the offering. Dinner and breakfast organisation also seemed very difficult and not smooth at all. You shouldnt have so much trouble and think so much about it when staying in hotel like this. When asking for beer for dinner, they brought us to their backroom fridge to take it and bring back to our table. - We went to the pool during opening times, our assistant obviously knew we were there, other staff also saw us there…yet after 30 minutes they told us we should leave the pool because one of the staff member apparently just put a cleaning product in it before, so its not ideal to swim. There were no signs or warning anywhere. I should note that this happened the same day that we discussed with our assistant that we arent happy with the service.
