Balsamaris

Wij hadden een recent gerenoveerd huisje met zitkamer en keuken, aparte slaapkamer waaruit toegang naar badkamer met douche en toilet, wat perfect aansloot op onze verwachtingen. Degelijk uitvoerde keuken met degelijk apparatuur en goed werkende airco in zit- en slaapkamer. De buitenruimte is ruim en geeft door halfhoge muurtjes een fijne privelege. Er is een op afstand bedienbaar zonnescherm waardoor je heerlijk in de schaduw kan zitten -en dat is voorzien van verlichting waardoor ook in het donker de buitenruimte nog heerlijk verlicht is. Een veilig gevoel dat het terrein is afgesloten, terwijl via code op hek/poort de toegang onbeperkt is. Verder een rustige omgeving, en strand direct op loopafstand te bereiken. De eigenaar is een fijne -en sympathieke persoon die vanaf dat we arriveerde steeds paraat en aanspreekbaar was, en er alles aan deed om ons een aangenaam verblijf te verzorgen.

The location was great: there is a wonderful sandy beach and a supermarket nearby. There is enough room for a family of 4, and it is very pleasant to eat by the table outside, listening to the birds singing. There is an outside shower as well, which is very practical after the beach. The system with number locks worked very well, it meant that we did not need to worry about the keys. Using the card system is a good way to save electricity and keep track of the keys, but it was a bit annoying that clocks on all machines were reset to 00:00 whenever we left the apartment.

There is a constant renovation of the area, which was not loud but it was still somewhat inconvenient. The parking places inside the fences are not always sufficient, and we were once blocked from leaving for some hours. One often meets the other guests who need to pass by our terrace to get to their apartment. One can also hear them, which could possibly be an issue in some cases. A water kettle, a bread toaster and some basic ingredients (like some salt and oil so that we do not need to buy full packages for a few days) would have been nice to have.

A casa encontra-se num aldeamento privado com uma localização fantástica, a 5 minutos da praia. Tem um espaço exterior muito agradável e a cozinha tem tudo o que é necessário para passar umas boas férias. O Peter é super prestável e acessível.

A limpeza do apartamento não estava ok, nomeadamente os sofás que estavam com bastante sujidade, o chão igualmente (a minha filha andou descalça no primeiro dia e ficou com os pés todos pretos). Os edredons precisam de ser lavados, notava-se pelo cheiro que estavam bem usados. À chegada já havia cápsulas de café usadas no depósito da máquina e lixo no caixote do lixo. Esta informação foi passada ao dono do alojamento, que se encontrava no local e prontamente nos disse que ia melhorar este aspeto. Uma sugestão de melhoria à imagem de outros alojamentos no estrangeiro onde estive há pouco tempo, é a de que seja disponibilizado papel higiénico, pastilhas de lavar a loiça e roupa, em quantidades adequadas para a estadia da pessoa. Não faz sentido ter de ser eu a levar ou ter de comprar algo que geralmente só é vendido em grandes quantidades :)

Ubicación confusa de difícil acceso, sin enviar los códigos necesarios para entrar el coche y los clientes, sin contestar al teléfono ya a altas horas de la noche durante más de una hora ,o se corrige la ubicación o no es recomendable
