Localização central com supermercado, talho, café, restaurantes e mercado perto. A 5 minutos a pé das praias de Manta Rota. O apartamento dispõe de um agradável terraço para descansar e fazer as refeições.
O terraço poderia ter uma mesa maior de forma que permitisse que os 5 se sentassem. Na cozinha faltam alguns elementos como colheres de pau e facas de corte.

Air conditioning/heating device was to be fixed twice. Ants should be repelled.
