BS House - Manta Rota

We loved everything. Manta Rota is a very small and quiet tow with a betifull beach. We been in many place in Algavre: Lagos, Portimao, Faro, and few smaller once. The Manta Rota beach in Manta Rota is by far the best. Big, well equipped, clean, etc. No falling rocks, pretty ok water temperature for Portugal (+21 July), clean water, sand. The second thing is a lack of big hotels which also make the town nice and tidy and look like all habitants are portugeese (they are not :)) The talled building is 2-3 stores. Now to the property. Lovely house with cozy outdoor swimming pool and place for BBQ and dining. ALl you need is inside, small bit and pieces you can buy in the small local supermarlket 10 min walking distance or on your way from the beach. Swi,,ing pool is clean and being cleaned each Wednesday. There is a juic efactory 2 km away and you can always buy fresh squized juice, 1L, 2L, 5L, what ever you want. If you need a bigger supermarket, there are 2 Continente both 15 min drive. The one in Tavitra is by far the best. THere is Spain close by, we went to Huelva to see Columbus vessels, but if you don't afraid hot weather - go to Seville (we been there many time before and skipped this time) or if you ok to drive 3 hours - the Rock (Gibraltar). Opposite direction is Faro, Portimao, Lagos and last hotdog before US. Not much to do inladn, few castles, small villages, some small mountains. Ok, back to property. Parking is inside the gate, so always available. Trash can be disposed nearboy and ususally quite a smelly place but not here. Glass, plastic, etc. - more bins around the corner. Temperature was steady 30 with some clouds in the morning and little bit of wind in the afternoon - typical for Algavre. Plenty of local restorants. For somethign more fancy like tasty suchi you might need to drive to Monte Gordo (15 min drive).

La casa estaba súper bien, tenía de todo y lo que más nos gustó fue el patio con la piscina y la barbacoa. Sin duda volveremos, porque nos encantó el alojamiento.
