Welcome to 14V3 by AlgarveManta, a perfect refuge in the stunning Manta Rota, located on the first line of the beach and just 30 meters from the sea. This V3 house, ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends, offers comfort, privacy, and a privileged location in the Algarve.
The property has two floors. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a spacious living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a combined refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, DELTA Q capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher, and washing machine, and a bathroom with a shower. From the ground floor, you can access two patios: the front patio, facing north, with parking for a vehicle, and a south patio with a barbecue, sink, umbrella, and ample space for moments of conviviality among family and friends.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with single beds, one of these being an en-suite with a corner shower. There is also a large family bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring comfort for all guests. In total, the house comfortably accommodates up to six people, with five beds available and three bathrooms (one with a shower, another with a bathtub, and a third with only a toilet).
The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning and fiber Wi-Fi, offering comfort in any season of the year. Outside, the terrace and barbecue area provide perfect spaces for outdoor meals and moments of socializing.
The dwelling is located very close to various amenities, including cafes, restaurants, supermarket, and ATM. It is also just 1 km from Ria Formosa Natural Park and with easy access to golf courses and other local attractions. Parking is free and located outside.

Excelente. A limpeza e localização são excelentes, estando a casa totamente equipada para umas férias com todo o conforto. Uma palavra para a equipa da Algarve Manta, sempre disponível para ajudar.

Casa bem localizada: perto da praia, de restaurantes, de lojas, etc. Muito bem equipada e boa limpeza. Os problemas de acesso À internet foram resolvidos após serem comunicados À entidade gestora da propriedade.
Os contentores do lixo e reciclagem ficam em frente ao pátio da churrasqueira, mas apesar de ser desagradável À vista, a verdade é que não se sentiram maus cheiros nem havia bicharada.
A nossa estadia foi entre os dias 23 e 30 de agosto, altura em que existem carrosséis na praça em frente. Até À meia-noite, havia barulho e música. Com as janelas fechadas, no r/chão não era audível, mas nos 2 quartos virados para o recinto sim.

A localização é excelente, A casa também é excelente e está muito bem equipada
Faltam ganchos para pendurar as toalhas de banho nas casas de banho. A qualidade da internet podia ser mellhorada. Falta luz na zona da churrasqueira
