On the ground floor, there is a spacious living and dining room, a fully equipped independent kitchen, and a bedroom with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. From this area, there is access to a pleasant outdoor patio that surrounds the house, facing south and north, with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals and family gatherings.
On the first floor, the remaining two bedrooms are located, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, as well as a family bathroom with a bathtub. The circulation area provides access to a generous west-facing terrace, ideal for relaxing at the end of the day.
The kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances, including a combined refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a vast selection of utensils. Almost everything.
Better and newer kitchen equipment.

I know the village well and the accommodation is well placed near the local supermarket, bars and restaurants and a short walk 10 mins from the beach
Even though there were insect repellents we still had a no of visitors into the property which was a little uncomfortable

The neighborhood and the nice people
The kitchen equipment, like the dishwasher, washing machine and especially the cooking place must be replaced. They are too old.
