Baseinas gražus dalis gylio apie 1 metrą, dalis 1,5 metro. Vėsokas net kai 35 lauke. Tylus kondicionierius. Didelis kambarys, balkonas, parkingas, vieta ramiam vakarui ir lauke su muzika.
Dušo galima sakyti visiškai nėra. Tokio blogo varianto gyvenime neteko matyti. Bėga visur, bet tik ne ant žmogaus ir ne į dušo padą. Gultai prie baseino valymo seniai nematė, dalis nesilaiko or krenta. Rankšluosčiai 2 iš 3 atkeliavo į kambarį kai parašėme tik trečią kartą. 3 rankšluostis taip ir liko pamirštas. Keptuvės nėra, mikrobangų krosnelės nėra, puodas senas 1 ir didelis aliuminis. Viryklėje neveikia elektros dalis ir dalis dujų. Įrankių minimaliai palikta. Šaukštelių nėra. Viryklei užkūrimo dujų palikta nieko nebuvo irgi. Žodžiu visko eik prašyti, gal ko nors gausi :) Lokacija matėsi, kad laukuose. Bent ramu buvo :) Virtuvėje kėdės labai kliba, klausimas kad išgrius, sulūš.
