A high-quality, beautiful, spacious, and comfortable apartment. The seaside promenade is within walking distance. Centrally located, close to shops, a shopping mall, and restaurants; however, for this reason, the area can be noisy. This is the reason I could not give 10 to this place.
The balcony overlooks a busy road intersection. Apart from the nice parks at the seaside promenade the rest of this area is overbuilt, with little green place and a lot of ongoing construction.

The apartment was as descriebed, the parking is very convenient and the location ia near a mall, restaurants and a beach.
The windows are not isolating the noise well and it was quite noisy from the outside. But we had earplugs and we didn’t have trouble sleeping.
