This condo has a wonderful lanai allowing access from the Living room, the Bedroom has it's own private lanai access as well!
The owner has equipped anything you might need for your Vacation. Wifi, Beach chairs & towels, TV's in both the bedroom & Living Room!
Air Conditioning Available in the Living room & Bedroom
Overhead fans in every room, including the lanai to keep you comfortable.
An excellent option for 4, as there is a large pullout sofa in the Living Room, King Sized Bed in the Bedroom & A NEW twin sized sleeper that acts as a couch in the primary bedroom. Memory Foam Topper for this twin sized one! Essentially 3 different sleeping configurations! Incredible for a 1 bedroom!

Complex has elevators, a large remarkable upgraded pool & BBQ area, and covered guest parking! Kona Pacific is one of the closest complexes to Kona town to walk to restaurants, shopping, & the beach!

I had a lovely stay at this property. The property was clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was excellent. I wish the property manager would have told me ahead of time the pool was closed for major repairs. It was really aggravating to show up there and find out by reading the signs that were posted.

I really enjoyed my stay here overall. The rental was beautifully decorated, very clean, and well-maintained! There were also additional appliances that I could use in the kitchen if I needed to, and they provided some vertical floor fans in addition to the AC. Whenever I called for assistance, there was always someone there to answer my questions as well. As far as location, it had a great view of the ocean, and it’s really close to the shops and food. If you wanted to drive to town, it’s only 2 minutes! It was a fantastic stay and pretty quiet for how close it is to town. I would love to stay here again.
