Kona Pacific A-206 is an incredible option for your Hawaii Vacation! Enjoy the Kona breezes from your lanai at this fantastic condo in Kailua-Kona. You’ll be treated to ocean views from your outdoor dining space, shared access to a community swimming pool and gas grill.
This wonderfully spacious condo has 829 interior square feet & an additional 200 square feet lanai! The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer in the unit and window AC in both the living area and the bedroom if needed. The primary bedroom has a King Sized bed, TV and an en-suite full bathroom. The living room has easy access the lanai and contains a full-size sofa sleeper and access to a full bathroom as well! 2 bathrooms in a 1 bedroom is incredibly rare, but an amazing feature!
Kona Pacific is located on the South edge of downtown Kailua Kona, just off of Ali'i Drive and an easy walk to Honl’s Beach. Conveniently located within walking distance to most downtown attractions, shopping, dining and the ocean, while still being quiet & peaceful to make your stay enjoyable. Kona Pacific offers a pool and barbecue area, multiple elevators, assigned parking (compact to mid-sized) and larger square footage of the living area in comparison to other complexes in Kona. The concrete building allows for more privacy within your condominium and the grounds are beautifully landscaped offering a quiet, peaceful, Hawai'i feeling.
The units location is near the Elevator for easy access.

4. Face to Face Arrival Experience Offered Complimentary! All guests who book Kona Pacific #A206 have the option of meeting Property Management Staff upon their arrival to go over property specifics. We will turn on any fans/lights and ensure you enter into a comfortable inviting environment!

Our condo was perfect for what we were looking for- clean, A/C, walkable to downtown Kona, and free parking. Property owner was quick to reply when contacted, pool and outdoor area was clean and spacious. Nothing special, but fulfilled what we were looking for.

Great property. Large, clean, and great location. The pool was perfect for cooling down after being out all day. The bed was comfortable. And having two full bathrooms worked well. The AC’s work well; a bit loud, but better to have them than not. Overall awesome place.

Room was spotless, staff was great,everything the pictures lead us to believe. Walking to town was ok, walking back was a chore for two past middle age ladies. we loved our stay, hope to get back soon
