The condo was exactly as expected from the listing and photos. It was spacious, comfortable and clean. Having a full kitchen was great and convenient. The location was also great right in town. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants and a beach in just a few minutes. Also was able to walk to the Royal Kona Resort for a luau and avoid parking fees in town. The community was great. It was quiet and had bbqs which we used a couple times and a pool. We were also able to watch a beautiful sunset from the master bedroom patio and saw many whales from there.

Great location and well equipped. Nice to have dedicated parking, water toys, and washer dryer.
Living room furniture isn't especially comfortable. Missing a light bulb or two. Huge amounts of taxes and booking fees!
