There's no noise between floors, and it's close to downtown without being too crowded. Both the kitchen and the bedroom are great.
Just a heads-up if you're traveling with elderly guests: the bedrooms are on the second floor, and the building doesn't have an elevator, so you'll need to use the stairs. It might be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. Also, the mattress is on the softer side, which is worth noting if you prefer a firmer bed. Lastly, we unfortunately saw a cockroach in the bathroom on our first day.
