This second-floor corner unit opens into a bright open floor plan with a living room, dining area, and kitchen. Plantation decor gives the home an island vibe in each room. This is a very nice, small condo near the center of Kailua-Kona! It was very clean and had everything we needed, including snorkeling equipment and beach chairs. We had a problem with someone trying to get into our unit in the middle of the night and someone else parked in our reserved parking space and the manager responded right away! (Keep your doors locked!)

Totally enjoyed this rental! Knutson staff stayed late to make sure I could find the unit after dark. Bright and clean with a wonderful view of the Pacific. Highly recommended.
