Good space for a family, well equipped and comfortable beds.

It only works well if you have a car, which we didn’t, and perhaps this was my poor research, but it was quite an inconvenient location for public transport, since public transport in Matsumoto is very poor.

一棟使えるのが良かったです。

A relatively new, spacious Japanese house well-equipped with modern comfort fittings. Love the ryokan decor

I booked four nights. Owner refused to provide extra pillows and towels. It’s common sense to provide more than one set of towels when guests book more than two nights. I know they have a washer and dryer, but not everyone knows how to operate it esp when everything is in Japanese. The paper on the doors were torn. The floor just outside the shower was sunken. Also, if u have a low ceiling, don’t install pendant lights which then become dangerously low. Also, please provide laundry racks so we can sun laundry in the backyard. It does not cost much.
