It was comfortable, the apartment was spacious and had a good dining area and everything we needed to cook with. The staff was extremely helpful and nice and had the apartment heated for our arrival. We enjoyed the quiet location and the views of the Japanese Alps. It was a short ride to Matsumoto, which is a lovely area with a beautiful shrine.
The cooking area could be cleaner. We were expecting a jacuzzi bath, but that may have been a different unit.

家族5人で利用しました。5人での宿泊、施設によっては2部屋になってしまったり1部屋でも狭かったり…となかなか難しいです。また翌朝早くにチェックアウトするのでなるべくお安い部屋を探していました。それらを叶えてくれてとても満足です。部屋は清潔に手入れされていました。ありがとうございます。
