Tuvimos muy buena estadia, fue perfecto la ubicación, muy fácil moverse en los medioa de transporte. El anfitrion muy bueno y nos contestaba rápido las dudas que tuvieramos

Very good location, nice and clean accommodation.

- Unfortunately, an issue we were concerned about did occur even though we had asked about it beforehand and we were reassured before booking that it would be very comfortable. The fact is the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable and made for a few difficult nights, as the mattress is very uneven. - In the bathroom, there was a leak coming from the upstairs neighbour, and a piece of plaster had already fallen off — the leak was not fresh. - Additionally, the shower head drips because the tap doesn’t close completely, which left water standing on the floor when we arrived. This problem we reported was also not fixed during our stay, even though we reported it immediately. - The top shelf in the bedroom wardrobe on the right side unexpectedly fell with a loud crash. It was quite scary and could be dangerous if it landed on someone’s hand, so I recommend checking and securing the wardrobe. Despite these issues, the host was kind and responsive, but I did not feel a real understanding or acknowledgement of the problems. Considering all this, I was surprised by the host is repeated requests for 10/10 rating and comment about me not having had time to provide feedback earlier as I wanted to give proper attention to my detailed review. I felt a small refund would have been a nice way to recognise the unresolved issues we raised.
