Nice apartment, great location
The wifi didn’t work, which also meant we could not use the tv. We were there for 3 nights and there was no attempt to fix it.

apartment is very clean, super convenient, quiet location, close to supermarkets, Zurich HBF is just less than 30 min walk, also close to the old town, and just nearby the nice park along the lake

Dont do the mistake I did. They say the apartment has washer and dryer (heater). Technically the apartment does NOT have it inside. The washer and dryer is in the basement and for common use. The issue was., it needs separate access and you have to request key card for that separately. We came after a long journey and with a kid. We assumed that everything is inside the apartment. However., we could not find it. We messaged Demi via booking dot com chat they responded that I can go to their office next day at 8:30am to pickup access cards for washer dryer.
