A fantastic, very comfortable, clean and spacious apartment. It also comes with ironing facilities, which is rare in Switzerland. The overall impression is fresh, quiet and peaceful. The greatest convenience is two clean bathrooms and two large terraces. A very efficient and effective system for closing blinds on all windows.
Not enough towels and not washed enough, but luckily on the same street there is a shop with the best Swiss towels. There were no basic shower cosmetics, not even a single bar of soap. There is very kitschy painting on the walls that does not fit the apartment or the neighborhood at all.

Excellent location and apartment. Everything we needed was there. Spacious apartment. Cosy furnishings. Presence of shower and bath are great. Nice spacious fridge and freezer. The kitchen is also fully equipped. Everything is modern and in order. Lots of storage space. We could stay here for a long time. We would like to stay here again.
The hygiene could be a bit better. There were still hairs from previous people on the bed and in the bathroom. Tablets in the kitchen and the table in the living room were still a bit sticky. The mattress was too hard for us. But still, we would stay here again because overall this place is great and has everything to have a good stay!!

Sehr ruhig, gute Matratze, erholsam und sehr gut geschlafen. Die Reklamationen und unser Wunsch nach 2. Schlüssel wurde freundlich und prompt erledigt.
Ausstattung der Küche wurde wohl nicht kontrolliert: es waren nur kleine Wassergläser vorhanden. Keine Teekanne, keine Weingläser.
TV und WLAN: keine Anleitung für den Fernseher (2 Fernbedienungen, Fernseher war von vorherigen Gästen total verstellt, Techniker kam allerdings prompt, als wir reklamiert haben.)

Fab location, very near the beautiful lake walk and opera house square (& Christmas market). Easy to access by tram. Near to supermarket and lots of bars/restaurants etc.
Apartment was super clean, well lit, very comfortable. It was lovely and warm also
Host was helpful and the key instructions were clear.
