Riviera Collection - Rooms and Suites

The room was lovely and spacious, very well equipped. Staff were super helpful and responsive which made for a lovely trip.

Nothing, everything was incredible. Had a small issue with the stiffness of the key, but we were able to use a code.

Very clean , well presented apartment in a quiet location but close to nice restaurants and bars for the evening. About 20 minute walk to the Spanish Quarter and there is a metro station fairly close to get you nearer to the historic centre too . Communication good and whilst we had a slight problem with a key missing, this was advised before we arrived and quickly resolved and actually didn’t stop us getting into the apartment via an electronic code . Giovanni was very helpful in organising a taxi back to the airport at a fixed fare which was much appreciated Thank you

Just for information , there are flights of stairs to negotiate before you get to the lift which was hard work with 23kg cases but manageable and didn’t impact our view of the apartment

Plus de capsules de café + papier toilette mais c’est du détail cela n’a pas du tout impacté notre séjour

Due rampe di scale impossibili, ascensore al secondo piano spesso bloccato. L'ultimo giorno 4 piani a piedi con bagagli perché fuori uso. Solo per chi ha buone gambe.
