Old style property with lots of potential. The location and number of rooms are the biggest selling point.
The noise, it’s right next door to an Irish bar that is open until 4am and is amongst other bars. We had to use earplugs as the noise was so loud, sometimes even then you could still feel the vibration. There were also a small number of ants in both bathrooms.

Il fait très chaud dans la maison il y a pas assez de fenêtre Le bruit extérieur avec les pubs L’eau de la douche que se règle pas assez bien sois trop brûlant sois froid pas de juste milieu
