Fantastic location near the Port of Nice. For cycling lovers, it’s honestly hard to imagine a better place — Eat Sleep Cycle and Café du Cycliste are just around the corner, and you’re perfectly located for some amazing rides around the Côte d’Azur. The apartment itself is cozy, clean and comfortable. Bastien is a very friendly, polite and helpful host, and communication was always easy and pleasant.
The only thing we missed was air conditioning, especially during the hot summer days. We also found the lift/access a little confusing at first, but this was only a minor issue.

The apartment was convenient to spend a few days, with a comfortable bed and a small kitchen. The host was very friendly and gave us recommendations. Even if the place was not right on the center, we enjoyed the location close to the port and with many restaurants around.
There was no wifi in the room. If you plan to walk to the center it would take around 30', but there was convenient transport.

The property is very close to tram and bus stops. There is a supermarket right across the street.
The owner was very responsive and upon request provided us with extra pillows and a blanket.
The mattress was of good quality.
The double bed could be a little bigger. There was no hair dryer (not a problem for us, but could be for some people).
No wifi which was an issue, because the mobile signal was rather weak.
