Our stay exceeded our expectations, thank you for your hospitality!

We liked how responsive the hosts were and how they thought of every detail. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable upon arrival and throughout. The location is wonderful, close to a tram stop and a grocery shop Edeka.

There was nothing that we didn´t like.

Absolutes Renditeobjekt - für den Vermieter

Das Bett

Heizung in der Küche war defekt. Bei -6C waren die Bettdecken zu dünn. Geschirr und Besteck gerademal ausreichend vorhanden. Kein kleines Küchenmesser und kein Flaschenöffner/Korkenzieher für Wein vorhanden. Sofa verrutscht beim Sitzen.

Sehr komfortable Unterkunft in Verkehrs- und einkaufsgünstiger Lage.

Sehr gute Ausstattung, komplette Küche, sogar mit Waschmaschine. Aber am besten war das Bett. So ein bequemes Bett habe ich in den meisten Hotels vermisst. Wir haben super geschlafen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut. In wenigen Schritten erreicht man einen Edeka und einen Bäcker und kann dort die Frühstücksbrötchen holen. Der Weg in Stadtzentrum ist sehr gut per Pedes zu bewältigen und führt direkt am Ziegelsee lang bis zum Pfaffenteich.

Das Bad ist etwas beengt. Für sehr korpulente oder behinderte Menschen könnte es schwierig werden.

Schöne Unterkunft, mit allem was man benötigt. Komfortabel und sauber, sehr nettes Personal und unkomplizierter Ablauf.

Schöne und komfortable Ausstattung, detailreich gestaltet und für den vergesslichen Urlauber kleine Aufmerksamkeiten. Die Kinder haben sich besonders über Malutensilien, Spiele und Bücher gefreut. Sehr sauber!

Leider war es durch die Lage teilweise etwas laut.

Apparamento intimo e molto confortevole

L'appartamento si trova in un complesso di case in mattoni molto caratteristico, la casa era molto pulita e accogliente, la cucina perfettamente funzionale con una dotazione di pentole nuove molto comode per cucinare come a casa. L'Host ha lasciato dei fogli molto utili per spiegare come poter usufruire al meglio degli spazi della casa. Il luogo e' piccolo ma molto confortevole e curato nei dettagli.

Doterei l'apparamento di extra coperte per chi non e' abituato a dormire con il riscaldamento acceso.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man braucht!

Durch die Schlüsselübergabe über den Schlüsselsafe ist man flexibel in seiner Anreisezeit und das "Einchecken" ist somit einfach und unkompliziert. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hübsch eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage der Unterkunft war für uns super und wir hatten eine erholsame und ruhige Nacht. Lediglich das Bad ist relativ klein und könnte gerne einen Quadratmeter größer sein, was uns bei einer Nacht und zu zweit aber nicht groß gestört hat. Wir können die Ferienwohnung für einen Schwerin-Besuch jedem wärmstens empfehlen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Die Ferienwohnung war in einen super Zustand. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt auch keine Wünsche offen. Die Auswahl der Möbel und Einrichtung ist sehr gelungen, richtig schick, man könnte auch sofort dort einziehen.

Es gibt nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat. Wenn man unbedingt was bemängeln möchte, könnte man sagen dass das Bad recht klein ist.

Eine praktische Wohnung. Alles da was man braucht. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Das Dchlafzimmer liegt ruhig nach hinten rau

Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles was wir brauchten war vorhanden. Die Ebikes konnten sicher untergebracht werden.

Das Badezimmer war für uns ok. Korpulente Menschen oder beeinträchtigte Personen könnte Schwierigkeiten mit dem Platz im Bad bekommen.

Wohlfühlen, zentral und ruhig!

Eine super tolle Wohnung mit allem Highlights, die man sich wünschen kann. Die Ausstattung inkl die Bonusleistungen vom Kaffee bis hin zur Zahnbürste übertreffen die Erwartungen an eine Ferienwohnung. Hinzu kommt ein sehr freundlicher und flexibler Vermieter plus einer Lage, die einen schnellen Besuch eines Konzertes und einen tollen Spaziergang an den Seen bis hin zum Schloss ermöglicht.

Toller Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und trotz der Hauptstraße sehr ruhig. Im Kühlschrank stand eine Flasche Selter bereit. Zudem war auch Kaffee und Tee vorhanden. Durch den dazugehörigen Garten kann man einen super Spielplatz erreichen. Sehr gefallen hat mir die Nähe zur Helios Klinik. Diese ist in nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Fin og billig lejlighed i en dejlig by

Vi valgte lejligheden fordi den var den billigste overnatningsmulighed for 3 på vores datoer, og blev positivt overraskede over hvor godt det var til prisen. Værten var venlig og tilbød os cykler og forklarede os de fine faciliteter i lejligheden, som vi næsten ikke nåede at bruge, fordi vi kun var der én nat. Beliggenheden var fin med sporvogn, supermarked og sø lige ved siden af og kort vej til banegården. Schwerin er i det hele taget en overset perle med flotte søer og slot og endnu meget få turister

Unser Aufenthalt war unproblematisch und entspannt, die Unterkunft ist für einen Kurztrip sehr weiterzuempfehlen!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Sasha und Rie haben alles getan, um uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten, und die Wohnung mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Das Ziegelhaus ist sowohl mit den Öffentlichen in Richtung Innenstadt als auch zu Fuß zum See sehr gut angebunden. Obwohl die Unterkunft an einer Kreuzung liegt, war es in der Nacht - auch mit offenen Fenster - sehr ruhig.
