Modern Studio House- Gongdeok station 1min walk

Gongdeok Station is super convenient for getting around, with great access to both the subway and buses.The room was cozy, and both check-in and check-out were a breeze. It was also fully equipped with a washing machine, a refrigerator, and kitchen utensils—which was awesome! The only downside is that the bathroom is a bit small, but that's a common issue in Korea. On the bright side, the room was spotless and smelled wonderful. They can even provide an extra mattress if two people are staying. The host was amazing—super responsive and answered every single question instantly. I had a really wonderful stay!

The location is excellent, right outside Exit 6 of Gongdeok Station. However, it can be a bit confusing for first-time visitors. Although the host provided instructions, I still felt a little lost because the apartment building didn't have a clear sign. It would be highly appreciated if photo guides or clearer directions could be added.

The best apartment for a long-term stay in Seoul. The location is prime, with direct underground access to Gongdeok Station (4 metro lines), making it so easy to get to the airport and major tourist spots. The building amenities are fantastic—there's a gym, convenience stores, and cafes right downstairs. The apartment was spotlessly clean and felt like a cozy home. The high-speed Wi-Fi was super fast, which was perfect for my remote work. The bed was comfortable, the AC kept the room icy cold, and the shower had great hot water. Having an in-unit washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen was a huge plus. The host is incredibly responsive and helpful. I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip!

The location is excellent. The apartment is right next to Gongdeok Station, which has several metro lines, so it is very easy and convenient to get almost anywhere in Seoul. There is also direct access down to the metro, which was very useful. The building itself is very convenient: there is a gym on B2, and many shops, cafés and restaurants either inside the building or nearby. Starbucks and other coffee places are also very close. Overall, the area felt very practical and comfortable for a longer stay. The apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay of up to two weeks. For Korea/Seoul, it felt quite convenient and well equipped.

The internet could be faster and more stable. Sometimes videos or streaming channels did not load smoothly, and the speed felt quite limited, around 15–20 Mbps at times. The boiler itself worked well, but it was a little difficult to adjust the water temperature at the tap, it often felt either too hot or too cold. Also, the recommended air conditioning temperature was around 25–27°C. In summer this felt a bit too warm, and although it is possible to set a lower temperature, there was a note that extra charges might apply. It would be better if guests could use a more comfortable cooling temperature without worrying about additional costs.
