The City View Stay - Gongdeok station 1min walk

This place is perfect for anyone visiting Seoul for vacation or a business trip. The direct elevator connection to Gongdeok Station is a lifesaver. There is a convenience store on the first floor and tons of dining options all around. The room has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, and refrigerator, which was great for making quick meals. The space felt so warm, beautifully decorated, and clean. The AC kept the room perfectly cool and refreshing, and the mattress gave me a wonderful night's sleep. Judy is a fantastic host who replies within minutes. I will definitely book this place again next time I visit Korea!

The property is in an amazing location with access to the metro and buses straight from the doorstep! It was clean, airy and had everything you would need. Finding it was very easy with the directions provided by the host, and any queries I had about the facilities were found in the manual. I can’t think of anything that was wrong with the property or anything that could be better! I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again if I have the chance.

Location is amazing right next to Gongdoek station. Very convenient for the metro and very easy to get places. 1 station from Seoul station. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Very clean. Had everything you need.

The air conditioning wasn’t working . The apartment was very very hot (14th floor) Made it very hard to sleep.

The bed was awful. We have stayed in many hotels, and this is the first time in my life that I have experienced back pain after sleeping. Our backs hurt every morning. You have to pay extra for cleaning, which was not clearly mentioned in the offer. We stayed there for almost three weeks and paid a significant amount of money, so I would have expected at least one cleaning per week. When we asked about it, we were told that cleaning was available only for an additional fee. The air conditioning worked very poorly. We stayed in May, and even though the weather was not very hot, the apartment was constantly warm and the air conditioning was not effective. There is a washer-dryer in the apartment, but the instructions state that it does not dry clothes properly and recommend using a laundry service near the building instead. The bathroom also needs maintenance. Some of the silicone sealant is peeling off, which looks unattractive and gives the place a poorly maintained appearance.
