Lovely and comfortable apartment with everything I needed for a 2 weeks stay.close to the subway, you can take the elevator directly to gongdeok station. Airport bus stops close by. Very responsive owner who helped when I had questions. Really enjoyed my time here and will book afain

Nothing its perfect

Bella stanza, compatta ma con tutto il necessario. A due passi dalla stazione metropolitana di Gongdeok e con all'interno dell'edificio tanti negozi e un market aperto h24.

Letto che appena ti muovi fa volare via le doghe. Doccia senza tenda o chiusura quindi si allaga tutto il bagno.

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce, idealne również na dłuższy pobyt. Samodzielny check-in, a mieszkanie wygodne i w pełni wyposażone. Do dyspozycji była pralka oraz susznik na pranie (suszarki automatycznej nie było), którą można było bez problemu rozstawić w pokoju. Duży plus za bardzo dobry kontakt z wynajmującym - na wszystkie pytania odpowiadał na bieżąco i bez problemu można było się z nim skontaktować. W mieszkaniu był również przygotowany informator dla wynajmująych: obsługa pralki, klimatyzatora, informacja o segregacji śmieci i kilku innych, co pomogło nam się szybko odnaleźć. Lokalizacja na prawdę wygodna. Po drugiej stronie ulicy wielki market, wiele restauracji oraz kawiarnii, parka z długim deptakiem i oczywiście bezpośrednie połączenie klatki schodowej z linia metra oraz bezpośrednie połączenie z lotniskiem linią AREX. Szczególnie doceniamy możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania. Po długim locie mieszkanie było gotowe już kilka godzin wcześniej, dzięki czemu mogliśmy od razu odpocząć, za co bardzo dziękujemy! 😊 Z pobytu jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i zdecydowalibyśmy się na ponowny wynajem.

Location, high floor, view from window

The bed was awful. We have stayed in many hotels, and this is the first time in my life that I have experienced back pain after sleeping. Our backs hurt every morning. You have to pay extra for cleaning, which was not clearly mentioned in the offer. We stayed there for almost three weeks and paid a significant amount of money, so I would have expected at least one cleaning per week. When we asked about it, we were told that cleaning was available only for an additional fee. The air conditioning worked very poorly. We stayed in May, and even though the weather was not very hot, the apartment was constantly warm and the air conditioning was not effective. There is a washer-dryer in the apartment, but the instructions state that it does not dry clothes properly and recommend using a laundry service near the building instead. The bathroom also needs maintenance. Some of the silicone sealant is peeling off, which looks unattractive and gives the place a poorly maintained appearance.
