Close easy walk to shops, warungs and the beach but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful.
One door in bedroom broken when we arrived, still is broken. Air conditioning in same room seems not to be working correctly.

Nice villa, a little further away from sanur beach than we usually stay. Clean and neat. All facilities needed including washing machine. Lot secured by full time security guard. Staff arranged transfer to airport for us.
Beds a little firm for us. Lots of building/renovation noise during the day. I think there was initially a problem with the pool filter as it only ran on our last day.
