San Mauro Prestige House - Burano Island

Large beautiful apartment directly on the canal in Burano a short walk from the public boat stop. There's a small.supermarket just across the canal and many restaurants a short walk away. Burano is a very small and beautiful island that's nearly deserted in the evening and the island next to it reachable by bridge has a vineyard with sculptures and a Michelin starred restaurant.

The address given is completely wrong, and the management company seems to completely care less. They say to let them know when you're standing at the door so they can let you in remotely, which works great once you actually have found the flat. The waiters at the fancy restaurant where the address is literally looked at the pictures to figure out where it was. If they weren't so helpful I never would have found it. I let the management company know the address was correct and what the actual address was but they don't seem to really care :D

La température à l'arrivée dans le logement était de 13 degrés. Le chauffage était contrôlé à distance et bloqué. Après avoir réclamé auprès de l'hôte, nous avons pu obtenir 15 degrés la première nuit. Ce n'est qu'à partir de la seconde nuit que nous avons pu obtenir du chauffage à 19 degrés. La difficulté de trouver l'emplacement du logement avec l'adresse communiquée. L'absence d'explication sur le check-in et le fonctionnement de la maison (chauffage, wi-fi, volets...). L'eau de la douche ne devient chaude qu'après de nombreuses minutes. Le jour où nous avons quitté le logement il n'y avait plus d'eau chaude dans la douche... Il serait bien que l'hôte previenne les clients que lorsqu'il y a marrée haute, la rue du logement est sous eau. Deux matelas simples dans le lit double.
