About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in Punta Sabbioni, just 5 minutes from the ferry to Venice and the islands of Burano, Murano and Torcello and one hour from Marco Polo Airport. The apartment, recently restored, has 2/4 beds, independent kitchen and bathroom. Satellite TV, large garden and car parking. At our guests' disposal free use of bicycles, with which you can visit the coast and the nearby northern lagoon go to the beach, located 2Km from the house, also reachable by free shuttle bus.

The apartment is small but very clean. Air condition is available but costs 5 extra per day. Towels and bet linen can be rented for 8 per person. The apartment is nearby the pier to venice and other loaction like Lido, Burrano, etc. The check-in was friendly and informative. A beach can be reached by foot or using bicyles, if available. We can recommend the apartment for short trip(s) to venice.

Lovely clean, spacious and comfortable property. Mattresses are firm and clean. Lots of appliances in kitchen, toastie maker, microwave and coffee percolator. Grateful for the space to relax after a day trudging Venice. It's beautiful but tiring in heat. V grateful for Aircon. A unit in bedroom and in lounge, quickly brings a chill to the air. It costs an extra €5 euros each a day to run. This plus the hire of sheets and towels can add to costs without realising. We used the Marco Polo private boats for our trip to Venice and back at €15pp return. The vaporetto is mostly hotter and more expensive but great option for a day to visit Venice and islands. Used the 12, 14 to get to Mourano which do their glass blowing demos before 3pm. Loved visiting the Arsnale and museum to see Venice's nautical history. Quiet and cool and great for lads who love sea of thieves.

Das Appartement ist klein und fein 😎. Es liegt perfekt 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad die man kostenlos gestellt bekommt,zum Strand und 3 Minuten zu den Bootsanleger… Vermieterin ist sehr nett, die uns einige Tipps gegeben hat.. es war eine schöne Zeit .. gerne wieder 👍😎

Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Uns haben der gepflegte Garten und die kostenlosen Leihfahrräder gefallen, mit denen man in wenigen Minuten am Bootsanleger sowie am Strand ist oder einfach etwas durchs Grüne oder zum nahegelegenen Supermarkt radeln kann.
