    清潔で、シンプルで居心地の良いホテルです。アメニティも、充実。ドライヤー類はリファです。レストランのお野菜はフレッシュで野菜のスムージーは美味しかった。チェックインは17時でチェックアウトが13時までなので、ゆっくりくつろげます。

    ขนาดห้อง : กว้างมาก มีอุปกรณ์ต่างๆให้ครบครัน feel like home ของใช้เป็นของ refa และ loccitane ข้อเสียเดียวคือ ตรงทางเข้าของแต่ละห้องจะเป็นบันไดแคบๆ ทำให้ต้องแบกกระเป๋าขึ้นบันไดมาชั้นบน บรรยากาศ : ที่พักเท่มาก สะอาด เป็นวิวภูเขา และพระอาทิตย์ตกที่สวยงาม พนักงานน่ารัก มีร้านอาหาร และร้านกาแฟบริเวณรร. การเดินทาง น่าจะต้องมีรถส่วนตัว ที่จอดรถหน้ารร.จอดได้ 6 คัน ที่จอดรถสำรองใกล้ๆกันจอดได้ประมาณ 25 คัน

    宿泊中の朝8時頃から、建物内またはすぐ近くで大きな工事の音が鳴り続け、眠ることも休むこともできませんでした。チェックアウト時間は13時のはずなのに、このような騒音で滞在を楽しむことは不可能でした。 フロントに状況を説明しましたが、スタッフの対応は非常に不誠実で、謝罪や代替案もなく、態度も横柄でした。返金や補償の提案も一切なく、「お客様の立場を理解する姿勢」が全く感じられませんでした。 有料で宿泊している以上、静かな環境と最低限のホスピタリティは当然期待されるものです。このような対応はホテルとしての管理責任とサービス精神の欠如だと思います。 二度と利用しませんし、他の宿泊者の方にもおすすめできません。この問題が改善されるまで、宿泊は避けた方が良いと思います。 Extremely disappointing stay — loud construction and zero hospitality There was very loud construction starting around 8:00 a.m. inside or near the building, even though the hotel’s checkout time is 1:00 p.m. It was impossible to rest or enjoy the room after being woken up early by drilling and hammering. When we reported the problem, the staff were unprofessional and dismissive — instead of apologizing or offering any kind of solution or compensation, they talked back and showed no sense of hospitality at all. They refused to issue a refund or provide any form of assistance, even though the noise clearly disrupted all guests’ stay. This experience shows a serious lack of customer service and management responsibility. For the price we paid, we expected at least basic comfort and respect. I do not recommend this hotel until they resolve both the construction issue and the unprofessional behavior of their staff.
