Fantastic location right by Durba Square, rooms were absolutely clean and comfortable. Drinking water and hot water kettle provided too! Sheets and towels were clean, toilet was spacious. Extended my stay because it was just too comfortable! Staff were kind and friendly. Thank you!

The guesthouse is right next to Durbar Square and yet is pretty quiet. Upper rooms have really nice views which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
I can't come up with anything I didn't like, maybe just the mattresses are a bit hard for my liking, still I slept pretty well.

I stayed at Cityview for four weeks. The location was excellent, just a few metres from Durbar Square. I chose the studio room. The kitchenette had everything I needed to cook for myself after four months on the road. My room was large, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with excellent wifi, meaning that I could work, as well as explore the beautiful city of Kathmandu. The family who own and run the guesthouse are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommended Cityview and hope to return one day.
