    There was no light on the hallway and I had to use my cellphone to find the keyhole. The light was never replaced despite several request. Breakfast is from a restaurant that the hotel doesn’t operate. I was given breakfast I could never eat. It was cold, stale and not hygienic. No improvement in service quality in my seven nights in the hotel. It is very understaffed and lacks resources for the staff to support the guests. My biggest frustration was the terrible breakfast quality and poor lighting conditions. The lady who was doing the cleaning said she had to use the broom to clean the toilet as there was no brush available. I booked the hotel based on nice reviews but after a week long stay I can say that the reviews were misleading. Overall it was not a great experience.

    The staff have us a dirty room and change it to new one but still dirty. Avoid this hotel if possible
