Dịch vụ: tôi đến lúc khoảng 19h tối nhưng phòng vẫn chưa được chuẩn bị xong: Máy nước nóng hư (Qua chiều ngày hôm sau sửa), bàn ngủ nguyên Bụi, …) dịch vụ chưa đủ như cam kết. Khi yêu cầu giảm giá để bù lại thì chỉ nói khách thông cảm theo kiểu bất cần muốn thì dọn đi chỗ khác vì sẽ không có chỗ nào giá tốt như ở đây)
Phòng ngủ có thể có rệp hoặc rận: tôi và người thân bị đốt
Nhà vệ sinh ở tầng 26: rất ồn do ống thoát nước (của tầng hoặc tòa nhà) lớn để lộ thiên ra ngoài không phải âm tường
