    These apartments could be really nice because they have amazing views and the location near the beach and food is pretty good. However some things were not great. It was not particularly clean, we had to clean all the very limited cutlery, plates and pots before use and the surfaces and floors were grubby. The beds are as hard as rocks, truly challenging. The air conditioner in our room leaked water, there was construction in the room above making loud noises all week. We paid for a high floor but were on floor 6 out of 40. Some of the elevators were broken, the microwave did not work and the balcony was not useable (tiny and had a washing machine in it) There is no hot water at the kitchen sink and the facilities looked tired and worn. Having said all that, our trip was also sullied by bad weather and a bout of the runs which kept us indoors most of the week. Would I stay again, unlikely because the pictures and description did not exactly represent the room. Also, in our apartment there was a 3rd big bed in the living room for reasons unknown making the room rather tight. Look, it is a bargain and the hosts are friendly but I think a return visit to Nha Trang will be had in something better.
