Location, cleanliness, size of the room, modern feel with air conditioning, room servicing, friendly assistance with the host/staff, and of course a coffee machine. Has everything from a nice new bathroom, to an amazing view, and all the other creature comforts you would find in a hotel.
Bag assistance to get to the top floor. Stairs are very steep and narrow to walk two flights with bags. Would have been good to have an external bag lift. But, the good definitely outweighs this bad.

Non è una cosa negativa, più un suggerimento… Visto il livello “luxury” / “premium” inserirei una macchinetta con le cialde per fare il caffè

Appartamento nuovo e curato in ogni dettaglio, massimo comfort supportato dalla domotica. Le chicche soni la vasca idromassaggio e la vista panoramica sullo stretto. Pulizia accurata. Consigliato!!
Le scale interne sono abbastanza ripide e strette, ma basta fare attenzione.
