Scilla dAmare - Locazione Turistica

Pasamos unos días hermoso, Casilla un sueño, el departamento excelente, con buena ubicación. Llegamos cansados y no encontrábamos el departamento, y rápidamente nos ayudó. No le falta nada, impecable. La vista desde el balcón única.

The balcony was stunning, a truly amazing location in terms of view and location in the town. It provides easy access to the beach, the harbor and the main town (being central to them all). The kitchen was well provisioned and a great size.

There was nothing we did not like. A few useful challenges for people to know. Supermarket are scarce and often closed, if you are driving into Scilla stop before the town to stock up (even for large bottles of water) - however the bars and restaurants are fantastic, cheap and accessible everywhere, so its not really a problem. There are a few steps down/up to the beach and the harbor, both 5 & 10 mins respectively and not too strenuous. Parking in Scilla is challenging, prepare for this! - there is some paid parking at the Station (often full!) and the far end of the harbor, but this is a fair walk to the appt. There is a bend in the road by the stairs to the appt that is convenient to drop off bags and if your very lucky park (be careful as some of those spaces are resident spaces) - there are also free places to park at the sides of the roads closer to the appt that the parking areas.

De wasbak in de keuken is niet heel praktisch.

La vista, claramente es lo mejor. Con buen tiempo debe ser maravilloso. Con mal tiempo, debieran prevenirte de cerrar muy bien postigos, ya que es lo último que uno hace en un lugar así, adonde llegas sólo por las vistas... pero faltó esa advertencia, y a pesar de haberlos cerrado durante la tormenta, con el piso seco aún, a la madrugada teníamos el dormitorio inundado de agua. Al notificarle esto al dueño por la mañana, envió gente a sacar el agua y secar, no sin hacernos cargo, infundadamente, de haber dejado abiertos los postigos, algo que no era verdad. Si hay adevertencias meteorológicas, quien está a cargo debiera advertir a los huéspedes las precauciones a tomar, con tiempo, y no fue asi.

La pileta de la cocina no tiene agua caliente, y está ubicada en una esquina incomodísima, te das la cabeza contra la alacena...a favor debo decir que cuenta con lavaplatos, pero los platos no son lo único que uno lava en la cocina. Las luces en la escalera de acceso se encienden desde dentro del departamento, o sea, cuando ya no las necesitas, sería bueno poder encenderlas cuando uno llega por primera vez, sin conocer el lugar, y todo cargado con maletas y mochilas. Creo que la relacion precio/calidad de este departamento no es buena, pagar €100 en febrero es demasiado para las prestaciones que brinda.
