Siamo stati qualche giorno a La Spezia con la nostra famiglia. L'appartamento era molto accogliente e pulito, ristrutturato da poco e con un ottimo impianto di climatizzazione. È un po' distante dal centro ma la fermata autobus è proprio sotto casa. Di fronte c è un supermercato e poco distante un ottimo ristorante con giardino all' aperto. Con un poco di fortuna si riesce a trovare anche il parcheggio. Consiglio la struttura, il signor Davide è stato gentilissimo

El apartamento es muy cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días de desconecte y descanso luego de recorrer Cinque Terre, el propietario fue muy servicial, tuvimos un inconveniente y él lo solucionó de una forma muy desinteresada y amable

El alojamiento está perfectamente acondicionado. Habitaciones amplias,colchones comodos,cocina muy funcional y equipada. Aire acondicionado en todas las estancias. No vimos nada a mejorar!
La única pega es el transporte. Está a 15 minutos de la estación y los autobuses no son muy puntuales.
