Everything was perfect, very clean and spacious apartment We enjoyed very much our stay there.( also it’s 5 minutes away from the sea)

Excellent accommodation! The owner was extremely polite and helpful from our very first contact and always responded to all our messages immediately. The surrounding area is still under development, so it should not be judged too quickly. It is safe, although it does somewhat resemble a construction site. The gated residential complex is like an unfulfilled dream: beautiful greenery and paved streets surround apartment buildings that have clearly seen better days. When you enter these buildings, you are confronted with a glimpse of the Balkan reality, which may seem somewhat intimidating at first and fill you with doubts. However, the moment you open the door to the small apartment, all those doubts disappear. The apartment is stylishly furnished, with beautiful and comfortable furniture and a practical layout. It was fully equipped with everything needed for a longer stay — for cooking and dining, personal hygiene, and even cleaning. Everything worked as promised, and we received everything that had been advertised, without exception. We did not meet the owner in person, but he stayed in constant communication with us and took care of our every need from a distance. He even checked in on us if we had not contacted him for a few days, asking whether we were enjoying our stay and whether everything was all right. The only negative aspect is that the apartment is located on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. However, for accommodation in such a good location and with such excellent facilities, we were more than happy to climb the stairs several times a day. The location is excellent as well, even though the surrounding area is still under development. There is a bakery, a shop, a restaurant, and a currency exchange office just one street away. The beach is a 5–6-minute walk away, while the nearest bus stop is about a 10-minute walk away. I would especially recommend the bakery. The people who work there are incredibly kind-hearted and very helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was spotless, stylish and exactly as shown in the photos. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. The location is amazing, in very quiet and beautiful place. A perfect home away from home. I would definitely stay here again!
