Mostly appreciated the welcoming hosts, great location - 1 minute away from the beach and amazing value for the price we paid. Their restaurant is also really, really good, I think one of the best in the area.
I wish I had a better view from our balcony - the hotel is not directly on the beach.

The location is good, 3 min walk to the beach where you have plenty of stores.
The food is tasty and plenty of it, and if you choose breakfast and dinner option, you have 8€\person to spend for dinner which should be enough for one main course and drink.
The owner is super friendly and he wants to help you in case you have some issues

The property is located in a great place, 5 min walk from the beach, local shops and restaurants.
Spacious rooms, large bathrooms, and two balconies.
The rooms have everything you need.
There is a restaurant on the ground floor, the menu offers a rather large selection of dishes. (we really enjoyed the fish soup, the meat/fish for dinner and the tiramisu for dessert) great red wine.
*The room rental price included breakfast and dinner;
for dinner you can choose dishes for 1600 lek (16 euros) for 2 people; if you order more than 1600 lek, you will have to pay the difference.
The restaurant is like a museum; you can see interesting things in every corner.

Good location, very close to the beach
Nice and childfriendly waiting staff

Price is good, since it includes two meals.
Hygiene was not great, the room was covered in hairs and the watercooker had mold in it.
A lot of noise at night, from the music downstairs and the other guests in the hotel.
The AC shuts off by itself around 4am.
The payment was unpleasant. We were told on arrival we could pay whenever, even on checkout. Then the next day suddenly they demand payment. We were told we could chose to pay with card, lek or euros and could just go on the internet for the conversion and everything would be fine. Then on payment, we paid in cash in lek. And suddenly the owner wanted euros and got upset. It was very unsettling.
