The location
There is a construction site in front of the apartment building—a hotel is being built—and next to the site there are many trash bins; it smells very bad, and the spot is right in front of the balcony.

Fantastic and cozy little apartment. Stayed here in June as a family and we all enjoyed the place. It had everything a family could need. Big fridge, washing machine, small kitchen in living room which was big enough for short term, comfortable beds and more… Plus, the owner was very friendly which is always a nice thing.

La casa è molto pulita ed accogliente, fornita di tutto quello che serve. Abbiamo trovato un kit d'accoglienza con acqua e colazione per i primi giorni. Ma anche detersivo per piatti, lavatrice e pulizie. Non manca davvero nulla. È vicinissima alla spiaggia, al lungomare e a tutti i negozi, market, ristoranti, panifici e servizi che servono per una vacanza perfetta. I self checkin e checkout e la comunicazione con i proprietari sono precisi e puntuali. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e la consiglio sicuramente.
Purtroppo Golem è molto sporca come città e la strada su cui si affaccia il balcone della casa è piena di spazzatura, un vero peccato. Ma questo non è colpa dei proprietari. In generale è spiacevole vedere alberghi di lusso in mezzo alla spazzatura.
