Власники дуже хороші люди, допоможуть при потребі, надали додаткову каструлю за проханням дуже швидко, полагодили кондиціонер бо погано працював, зробили приємний подарунок нашій донечці, цікавилися чи все добре. Також розташування дуже зручне, поруч магазини, аптека, пляж
Шумна вулиця ввечері, до пізна їздять голосно мотоцикли, а вранці магазин поруч відкриває жалюзі теж дуже голосний звук який будить. Було б чудово додати чайник
