Close to all amenities. Very clean and comfortable. An excellent flat for a short stay in Ayr.

Well situated. Beach, river, ruins, harbour, interesting walks through town. Flat was well set out using all of the space. Great facilities. Regular contact with owner and available 24/7 in case of difficulty. Plenty of cutlery/crockery. Tea and coffee. Soap and body wash available. Internet, TV with netflix. Absolutely loved the stay, would definitely book again.
Parking is difficult for 2 disabled people trying to get luggage to the building. Managed to get a disabled spot near the building to unload but had to move (2 hours max) further away after that. We chose the free car park on the seafront. Was a gentle walk in good weather but miserable in rain! If you have a disabled badge you can use the nearby space for free for 2 hours. If not disabled there is a fee.
