Not knowing the conditions under which we could park in front of the property. It was residents only. Were we residents? We had no outward proof of this. I didn't realise there were stairs to climb. I need to get used to asking this question as I am ageing.

Location was amazing! So close to the beach! I got into Ayr really early and the owner was very helpful letting me access the property earlier than originally planned!

Location was perfect, was in walking distance to quite a lot. Very quiet area & had a decent sized fridge.
One of the double beds was uneven. I ended up sleeping in the single bed whilst my partner slept on the decent side of the double bed.

Good location for town and the beach.
Needs some TLC. Noisy fan in toilet, temperature control in apartment less than satisfactory. TV channels very limited.
