It was in a great location very near the old harbour with sea views from both terraces . It had a homely feel, with nice decoration throughout and all the facilities for our stay. Would definitely book again.
My partner did struggle with the steps up to the top floor but the view made up for it.

Lovely quirky spacious house right by the harbour and really close for all of El Cotillo. There are two terraces, one off the bedroom and the other on the roof. Both have great views of the sea. The house is very comfortable for two people with lots of space and lovely decoration. The bed is SO comfortable. The internet was fast and the whole house is very well equipped. It was easy to get access with the key safe. We would definitely stay here again.
There is some kind of pump (I think) in a cupboard in the lounge area which is sometimes noisy for long periods in the evening. Also a minor issue but couldn't find the hairdryer.
