Great location, bumped into the lovely friendly cleaner.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants and a lot of the night life.

There were unexplained holes in the walls, the air conditioning didn’t work in the two back rooms so sleeping was impossible, the dryer had a filter that was either to big or broken the didn’t completely fit into the vent in the dryer so the dryer stopped about every 10 minutes because our clothes kept getting tangled up and catching onto the vent that was sticking up inside the dryer. The elevator didn’t work the first day we arrived so we had to walk up 5 flight of stairs with all our luggage. Even after I contacted the host and the elevator got fixed it was a bit sketched. The door seemed as if it would open multiple times as we used it during our stay.

The check-in instructions were clear and the host was responsive throughout our stay. The location is unbeatable — walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants, plus a free parking spot included (a real perk given how expensive parking in South Beach can be!). We also loved the layout: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made it easy to rinse off and unwind after long days out.

A couple of things to flag: the unit wasn't spotless — the towels, sheets, and floors could have been cleaner — though it had a lived-in feel, kind of like crashing at a friend's place. The bigger issue was the wifi, which kept dropping throughout our stay and was essentially unusable.
